Servo pressure Robot Hemming System

Features of Servo pressure Robot Hemming System

high speed processing

High quality hemming processing is possible for aluminum and high tensile steel materials also available for complex shapes, various shapes, hemming for inside of sash and center rail covers.
Shape processing is also possible such as a flangeup.
Conventional stamping process flange forming processes with robot ham for being possible.

Robot Hemming System History of development

In 1985,
Began development of RHS. Acquired a basic patent of a roller type hemming system.
In 1991,
TRI ENGINEERING developed the first robot hemming apparatus in the world.
In 1992,
Toyota Motor introduced the first RHS for hemming of Aluminum detachable roofs for the 'Supra' model
In 2007,
TRI ENGINEERING Delivery 100th RHS to MMCB (Mitsubishi Motors Brazil)
In 2013,
RHS-200th achieved, at the same time RHS jig-630th achieved, and Robot Hemming System Servo Roller Bender was developed.
In 2015,
correspondence to each company(YASKAWA, NACHi, FANUC) robot completed.
In 2017年
RHS-300th achieved, at the same time RHS jig-800th achieved.
